Crema Catalana is one of the most typical desserts in Spain, which has its origin in the region of Catalonia. This dessert is made of milk, lemon peel, cinnamon, eggs and white sugar. First we will infuse the ingredients, and once the cream is ready we will cool it down in the fridge. After cooling it down, we will burn some white sugar on top.
